Don't Be Afraid To Fail

Failure is only an idea, a perspective, a comparison to an expected outcome. Failure is nothing on its own.

Don't be afraid to fail, as failure is only a point of view of missing a set goal.

Failure is not a definition of identity.

Failure does not even exist per se, as it's an idea and not a fact.

I hear you: "#fact: I promised to reach this number and I got that number. It's factually a failure."

To what I answer: "No, it's a missed target, but if the target would have been lower or different, you would have overshot the target, portraying you as exceptional"
