About Dawn

Dawn Spann is currently a breakup coach and founder of I.B.G. coaching in Westchester New York. Dawn helps women move on and get over their ex with dignity and grace. Dawn is also a licensed social worker. She earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from NYU in 2004. Dawn launched her coaching business in 2019 after completing life coach training at JRNY, co-founded by relationship coach John Kim.

Before coaching, Dawn worked as a family therapist, a sex educator, and a manager in the healthcare system. Dawn started coaching women after breakup several years after struggling with her breakup.

Her goal is to help women navigate life after loss, and rediscover their authentic selves, with a focus on creating and maintaining healthy relationships.
